A BJP chief submitted a lawsuit against RJD's supremo son Lalu Prasad, Tej Pratap Yadav, in a court alleging that he had intentionally concealed the aspects of the lands he owned in his affidavit in the elections of the 2015 Assembly.
The court set September 22 at the hearing of the case. The case was submitted by MJP Suraj Nandan Prasad, BJP, on Tuesday before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Om Prakash.
In his petition, Prasad alleges that Tej Pratap had “intentionally concealed” in his affidavit the aspects of the land he owned in Aurangabad while he was combating the election of the president.
