A baby, who crawled out the window of his first floor, was rescued by a policeman and a passer-by using a carpet. The 10-month-old boy was spotted on a power line in Guangdong Province (southern China). The toddler was out of a window and was hanging from the electrical cables on the outside.
The boy was spotted by a passerby who then alerted people. The incident that took place in Fenggang City was captured on camera. In the 49-second video, three people – a pedestrian, a delivery man and a police officer – are seen standing next to the building, holding a rug to catch the baby.

According to a report of the Daily Mail the child was slightly injured and taken to hospital for treatment. Police officials stated that the parents did not "properly" care for the child at the time of the incident. Police officials said they "educated" the child's parents and urged them to take care of him.
